Choosing the right path to follow to achieve your goals is the first part of your journey. But before you can choose which path, you need to decide what your goals are. Setting achievable goals is all about looking at what changes you can realistically make to your current lifestyle. If you are a complete novice in the exercise world then deciding you want to run a marathon in 3 weeks is not realistic. And in the same way, if you are already training 5 times a week, then commiting to increase your one rep max bench press by 50% in a month is going to be tough to achieve. Make your goals achievable! Take baby steps, and be patient. The changes you make now will be easier to maintain in the long run if they are realistic and achievable. There are companies out there who will guarantee you can loose ‘X’ kgs in 12 weeks if you follow their plan, and in most cases, they work. However they are, more often than not, unsustainable changes and when the novelty of eating one meal a day (consisting of lettuce and water) wears off, the weight will come be back. Life is as much about the enjoyment as it is about achieving your goals, therefore a balanced plan, that fits with you lifestyle and allows you to still enjoy the finer things in life (in moderation), will enable you to maintain the changes well into the future.
1-2-1 Training
Available face to face or through a virtual meetup, 1-2-1 training is ideal for those looking for that extra motivation and support during their workout. All sessions are designed to be personal to the client and so ensure goals are met doing things that are both enjoyable and beneficial.
Couples training is also available dependent on the two individuals goals; suitablility will need to be discussed first.
£44 per hour. (£60 for couples)
Online Programming
Specific ‘APP delivered’ programme design to give you the best chance of achieving your goals if you are self motivated and just need someone else to provide the structure while you bring the passion and commitment! Ideal if you are training for a specific event or goal.
Programming packages range from a fully bespoke plan to suit your needs with regular check-ins to help you get the most out of the training, to simpler off the shelf training plans for an upcoming running event.
Prices start from £49 per month.
Group Sessions
The perfect place to thrive from the buzz of the group and enjoy some motivational banter with like-minded people.
These group fitness sessions focus on functional training to build both strength and fitness. Classes include Bootcamp, RUN CLUB, Pilates & THURSDAY CLUB* (*a team style endurance class).
